I reached out to Peak Physique in February 2024 looking for some advice as I was planning to compete in my first bodybuilding competition and had no idea where to even start! Joey was welcoming and took the time to guide me through everything I needed to know and what would be ahead in order to get me where I needed to be. I was definitely not the easiest client in the beginning with my lack of diet compliance but he worked with me and tailored meal plans to suit my lifestyle. I began getting a lot more out of my training sessions as he was very particular on teaching me how to activate my muscles and perform movements correctly. I am motivated to stick to my training and diet plans as I have someone to be accountable for. Throughout my time with Joey I have always felt very supported and trusting of his knowledge and experience. As a result I am feeling confident coming up to my first competition and looking and feeling healthier, fitter and stronger than I ever have!
